In 2005, the BGIA (today IFA) conducted a representative survey, which revealed that the safety equipment on more than one third of machinery and plants is permanently or temporarily tampered. Although the necessary conclusions have been drawn from this survey, it can be assumed that tampering still exists today. This article demonstrates that tampering however can be prevented.  more
